This was a quaint little place in Indio. We found this place driving back from Arizona. I wanted to post this review as it was well deserving. It's locally owned and the quality of the food was great. Although it was busy the food didn't take too long. The service was good. My wife got a chicken soft taco and a birria quesadilla and loved it. I got huevos rancheros and I consider myself an expert :) the huevos rancheros were very good. And since we like spicy they gave us a spicy salsa on the side which was great. I hope this business thrives and keeps their quality. We would definitely come back here. Cheers

A Winning Brunch at Victoria's Downtown Cafe & a Classic Car Show We finally made it to Victoria's Downtown Cafe in the up-and-coming trendy downtown Indio. Luckily for us car enthusiasts, it was the second Sunday of the month, so we got to enjoy the classic car show alongside our brunch. Amazing old muscle cars and trucks lined the streets, alongside cute VWs, a VW bus DJ set, gorgeous lowriders, and classic 1950s cars. It was a feast for the eyes! The dining experience at Victoria's was excellent. The cafe is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the attentive owners serve up a delicious mix of classic Mexican and American fare. I indulged in the quesobirria tacos and a cheese tamale, both of which were the best I've had since moving to the Coachella Valley. My boyfriend opted for Victoria's Breakfast, a classic breakfast with his choice of protein (he went with sausage links). His over-easy eggs were perfectly cooked, and even he couldn't resist the delicious O'Brien potatoes. We rounded out our brunch with their homemade jam on toast, a perfect sweet finish. Every dish was well-prepared and flavorful. We highly recommend Victoria's Downtown Cafe, especially on the weekend when you never know what exciting events might be happening in the newly upgraded downtown area of Indio!

Service, food, atmosphere on a warm morning was enjoyable. i could imagine watching ball games , hanging out and spending a few hours We had coffees, huevos rancheros, chorizo with eggs and a couple large horchatas to go and the bill was around $65 but the gentleman server's personality and the homemade food was totally worth it.

While visiting the tiny Indio Library, a lady gave us discount coupons to Victoria's so we ate lunch there. It's in a quaint part of old town that is being revitalized. The cafe was very nicely decorated and we were seated and treated expertly by the man in front. It was slow so he was alone but very attentive. The food choices were better than typical Mexican mom n pop cafes. We had two kids who ate from kids menu and I had the lunch 12 cachanilla flauta's. Like simple taquitos but plated with shredded cabbage and Mexican cheese and a tangy/slightly spicy sauce that made the dish delicious! My wife got breakfast which was served til 2pm. Great taste, great service, will try again!

The staff was very attentive even being busy they still kept all the customers happy and mad sure the drinks, food and service was phenomenal will definitely be back again at a later date! Victoria's has been open for 5 months now in a space that used to be a little Mexican place where you ordered at the counter. Victoria's is completely new, cute and clean inside, with table service. The food selections are varied and extensive. Service is excellent and we enjoyed our food. The prices are very reasonable. We will happily return for breakfast or lunch! Support local mom and pops!
